NOVELTY - The device has an electrode structure connected to a photoactive layer i.e. graphene layer, and provided with two electrode parts. The electrode parts are equipped on the photoactive layer. One of the electrode parts is provided with a material that is doped to a hole of the photoactive layer. The other electrode part comprises a material that is doped to an electron of the photoactive layer. Multiple line patterns are provided on the latter electrode part. A gap between the electrode parts is 100 nanometers. USE - Photoelectric device e.g. flexible device, solar cell and optical sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has high energy conversion efficiency, and can be manufactured with simple process.
