NOVELTY - Preparing modified grafted polyurethane resin comprises e.g. using epoxy resin, alkyd resin, dimethyl silicone oil, graphene oxide, calcium carbonate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, polyether diol, catalyst, polyoxyethylene fatty ether sodium sulfate, diisocyanate, 4-methyl-4'-vinylbenzophenone, chain extender, organic solvent, curing agent, and deionized water, dispersing graphene oxide in an organic solvent to prepare mixed solution A, placing the epoxy resin and alkyd resin into grinder, grinding into ultra-fine powder, transferring the ultra-fine powder to the kneader, adding the mixed solution A, heating at 100-120 degrees C to mix, placing into vacuum drying box to remove the organic solvent to obtain resin mixture B, adding dimethyl silicone oil and calcium carbonate to the kneader equipped with the resin mixture B, stirring, adding 4-methyl-4'-vinylbenzophenone, polyoxyethylene fatty ether sodium sulfate and diisocyanate, continuously stirring at the high speed for 20-30 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified grafted polyurethane resin. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and economical; has high production efficiency which is worth to promote. The modified grafted polyurethane resin has long service life, high curing rate, high tensile strength, good hydrophobicity, and bright color. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified grafted polyurethane resin comprises (i) using 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 28-36 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 20-24 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, 18-22 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 18-22 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 16-20 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl acrylate, 15-17 pts. wt. polyether diol, 5-9 pts. wt. catalyst, 5-7 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene fatty ether sodium sulfate, 5-7 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 3-5 pts. wt. 4-methyl-4'-vinylbenzophenone, 3-5 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-3 pts. wt. organic solvent, 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent, and 15-35 pts. wt. deionized water, (ii) dispersing graphene oxide in an organic solvent to prepare mixed solution A, (iii) placing the epoxy resin and alkyd resin into grinder, grinding into ultra-fine powder, transferring the ultra-fine powder to the kneader, adding the mixed solution A at the same time, heating at 100-120 degrees C to mix, placing into vacuum drying box to remove the organic solvent to obtain resin mixture B, (iv) adding dimethyl silicone oil and calcium carbonate to the kneader equipped with the resin mixture B, stirring at the high speed of 200-400 rotations/minute, adding 4-methyl-4'-vinylbenzophenone, polyoxyethylene fatty ether sodium sulfate and diisocyanate, continuously stirring at the high speed for 20-30 minutes, adding catalyst and chain extender, raising the temperature to 80-100 degrees C, and reacting until the system acid value is less than 8.5 mg potassium hydroxide/g to obtain mixed solution C, (v) dissolving hydroxyethyl acrylate and polyether glycol in non-ionized water to obtain an aqueous solution, adding the aqueous solution to mixed solution C, stirring at the high speed for 20-40 minutes to obtain mixed solution D, (vi) transferring the mixed solution D to the ultrasound system, raising the temperature of the ultrasound system to 70-90 degrees C, dispersing the curing agent in the mixed solution D, stirring evenly, placing the mixture at constant temperature drying cabinet for curing, and obtaining modified grafted polyurethane resin.
