NOVELTY - Preparation of water-soluble high-conductivity graphene involves adding graphene powder to concentrated sulfuric acid and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain suspension (A), preparing sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, adding p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid to the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and then stirring until the p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid is completely dissolved to obtain solution (B), preparing sodium nitrate aqueous solution, pouring solution (B) and sodium nitrate aqueous solution into suspension (A) under ice-water bath conditions, and then stirring to obtain suspension (C), diluting the suspension liquid (C) with water, then stirring, and finally vacuum filtering to obtain a solid substance, and drying the solid material. USE - Preparation of watersoluble high-conductivity graphene used for electronic product and conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method uses diazonium salt to directly modify graphene, improves water-solubility, keeping high conductivity of the graphene itself, and promotes the application of the electronic product. The method does not reduce the conductivity, and it is maintained at 103 order of magnitude. The method can maintain graphene conductivity under the condition of promoting dispersion of graphene in water.
