▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite bone scaffold enhanced by nano-diamond (ND) and graphene oxide (GO) synergistically includes 0.5-1.0 wt.% ND/GO and 99.0-99.5 wt.% poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). The mass ratio of ND and GO is 0.5-2.5:1. USE - Composite bone scaffold enhanced by nano-diamond and graphene oxide synergistically. ADVANTAGE - The scaffold adsorbs zero-dimensional inorganic nano ND particles onto surface of two-dimensional GO nanosheets to form nanocomposite structure, and realizes uniform dispersion in PLLA matrix, thus enhancing mechanical properties of PLLA bone scaffold. The abundant oxygen-containing functional groups on surface of nanocomposite ND/GO can provide more active targets for cell adhesion, which is beneficial in improving biological properties of PLLA bone scaffold. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite bone scaffold comprising dispersing ND powder, GO powder and PLLA powder in absolute ethanol to obtain ND suspension, GO suspension and PLLA suspension respectively; mixing ND suspension and GO suspension to obtain ND/GO mixed suspension, and mixing PLLA suspension and ND/GO mixed suspension to obtain ND/GO/PLLA mixed suspension, centrifuging and drying to obtain ND/GO/PLLA composite powder; and performing laser 3D printing.
