▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Weather resistant graphene 3D printing photocurable material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. carboxy-containing polyurethane, 20-35 pts. wt. acrylate resin, 30-60 pts. wt. styrene monomer, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 8-13 pts. wt. hydroxy terminated polysiloxane, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium aminoethanesulfonate, 4-7 pts. wt. N-isopropyl acrylamide, 3-4 pts. wt. isophorone hexaisocyanate, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 3-8 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 1.2-4.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 40-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as weather resistant graphene 3D printing photocurable material. ADVANTAGE - The photocurable material: improves the bonding strength of the photocurable material under sunlight irradiation, avoids the degradation problem caused by sunlight irradiation, prevents the intrusion of moisture in the environment, and improves the overall antioxidant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the weather resistant graphene 3D printing photocurable material comprising (a) adding a carboxy group-containing polyurethane, an acrylate resin and a solvent to the reaction vessel, heating to the temperature of 100-130 degrees C, stirring at a rate of 500-800 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 60-75 minutes, and drip during the stirring process, aqueous solution containing sodium aminoethanesulfonate while removing the fraction; (b) adding styrene monomer, photoinitiator, reactive diluent and polymerization inhibitor on the basis of step (a), continuously stirring for 15-25 minutes, then adding hydroxy terminated polysiloxane, introducing nitrogen gas, and heating to the temperature of 120-140 degrees C, stirring at a rate of 800-1000 rpm for 40-50 minutes; (c) dispersing the graphene, adding into the product of the second step after ultrasonic vibration, and then adding N-isopropyl acrylamide and isophorone hexaisocyanate, continuously stirring for 30-50 minutes, and then adding catalyst and antioxidant, cooling to the temperature of 80-85 degrees C, stirring at a rate of 1200-1300 rpm for 40-60 minutes, and then cooling to filter to obtain the weather resistant graphene 3D printing photocurable material.
