▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermally conductive coating material comprises polymer, thermal conductivity powder, solvent and additive. The polymer accounts for 5-30 wt.% of the coating material. The thermal conductive powder accounts for 5-30 wt.% of the coating material. The solvent accounts for 40-90 wt.% of the coating material. The additive accounts for 0.1-10 wt.% of the coating material. USE - Thermally conductive coating material comprising physically exfoliated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The coating material has high thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance properties, and excellent self-leveling performance, and is used conveniently. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the production method of thermally conductive coating material containing physically exfoliated graphene, which involves dissolving 5-30 pts. wt. polymer in 20-45 pts. wt. solvent, obtaining polymerization solution, adding 5-30 pts. wt. graphene to 20-45 pts. wt. solvent, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 hours, obtaining graphene slurry, adding 0.1-10 pts. wt. additive to the polymerization solution, adding the mixture to graphene slurry and homogeneously mixing by high-speed stirring and ultrasonic dispersion.
