▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-enhanced phytic acid-based passivator which is an alkaline aqueous solution, comprises 0.1-1.0% phytic acid, 0.1-0.5% zinc nitrate, and 0.05-0.1% amination-modified graphene. The amination-modified graphene is prepared by dissolving graphene in an ammonium nitrate solution, placing resultant in an autoclave for hydrothermal reaction, cooling naturally after the reaction, filtering and drying. USE - The passivator is useful in construction, water conservancy and metallurgy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The passivator: utilizes graphene material which is modified by animation at its active sites, thus enhancing the bonding ability between graphene and phytic acid heteroatom groups; has no cracks and lasting corrosion resistance performances, significantly improving the service life of the reinforced concrete structure; can form films fast, where the conversion coating films are not easily cracked; has good chemical stability; and improves the resistance of steel bars to chloride ion erosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-enhanced phytic acid-based passivator, comprising adjusting pH with sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or ammonia.
