NOVELTY - Modified white graphene composite polypropylene pipe material comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 0.1-10 pts. wt. modified white graphite, 0.05-1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.05-1 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Used as modified white graphene composite polypropylene pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has good conductivity and the corrosion resistance, is easy to process, low cost and strong practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified white graphene composite polypropylene pipe material, comprising (i) selecting 5-10 of graphene layer of white graphite alkene to obtain modified silica graphene, (ii) taking polypropylene resin, modified white graphite, antioxidant and dispersant, adding into a high-speed mixer and mixing uniformly, (iii) mixing the raw materials of step (ii) by double-screw extruder, melting, extruding, water cooling, pelletizing to obtain modified white graphene polypropylene master batch, (iv) taking the modified graphene white polypropylene master batch obtained in the step (iii), then extrusion molding by pipe extruder to obtain white modified graphene composite polypropylene tubular product.
