▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide grafted modified oleic acid soap comprises graphene oxide, triethanolamine and oleic acid. USE - The graphene oxide grafted modified oleic acid soap is useful for preparing concentrated liquid for hydraulic supports (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide grafted modified oleic acid soap improves lubricity, anticorrosion and antirust performance of concentrated liquid of hydraulic support, improves freeze-thaw performance and stable storage performance of the hydraulic support concentrate, solves the problems of oil and soap separation, clogging of valves, increases service life of hydraulic supports, reduces maintenance costs, and has high use value and application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene oxide grafted modified oleic acid soap, comprising dissolving graphene oxide and dichlorosulfoxide in N, N-dimethylformamide, and reacting to obtain activated graphene oxide, and (ii) adding activated graphene oxide into N, N-dimethylformamide, evenly dispersing, adding triethanolamine, mixing evenly, reacting at 95-105 degrees C for 3.5-4.5 hours, heating to 125-135 degrees C, adding oleic acid, and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain graphene oxide grafted modified oleic acid soap; (2) concentrated liquid for hydraulic support, comprising 2-10 wt.% graphene oxide graft modified oleic soap, 2-12 wt.% castor-potassium soap, 4-6 wt.% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 3-8 wt.% potassium hydroxide, 2-5 wt.% sodium benzoate, 0.05-0.2 wt.% antifoaming agent, 1-7 wt.% surfactant, 2-8 wt.% hard water resisting agent, 0.1-1 wt.% antirust agent, and 55-70 wt.% water; and (3) preparing concentrated liquid for hydraulic supports, comprising providing each component, dissolving potassium hydroxide and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in water, evenly mixing, adding sodium benzoate, antirust agent, graphene oxide grafted modified oleic soap, castor-potassium soap, surfactant, hard water resisting agent and antifoaming agent, and stirring at 55-60 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours to obtain concentrated liquid for hydraulic support.
