NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dot comprises taking graphene oxide as working electrode, using 0.08-0.12 mol/L tetrabutyl ammonium perchlorate acetonitrile solution as electrolyte, and performing cyclic voltammetry scanning for electrolyte. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide quantum dot for manufacturing LED device and display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves color gamut of quantum dot LED display device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) LED device which comprises anode, cathode, and light emitting layer disposed between anode and cathode; and (2) display device which comprises the LED device. The light emitting layer comprises layer formed by above method.
