NOVELTY - Method for preparing a graphene thermal conductive heat dissipation film involves (a) adding graphene powder to a polyurethane emulsion, adding a surfactant and stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain a graphene mixed emulsion, (b) evenly coating the graphene mixed emulsion on the modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, (c) drying the coated modified PET film at 70-90 degrees C for 8-16 hours to obtain a semi-finished product, and (d) heat-rolling the semi-finished product using a roll-to-roll press to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful preparing a graphene thermal conductive heat dissipation film, which is useful for flooring applications.
