NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene heat-dissipating paint involves (i) adding vermicular graphite to aqueous solution of ammonium carbonate for soaking, filtering and drying, pressing the vermicular graphite into a block with a laminator, and performing arc heating and puffing treatment to obtain vermicular graphite treatment precursor, (ii) adding the vermicular graphite treatment precursor to mixed aqueous solution of oxalic acid and potassium ferrate to prepare a mixture, and performing shearing and stripping treatment in a high-pressure homogenizer to obtain hydrophilic graphene microchips, and (iii) uniformly stirring and mixing the hydrophilic graphene microchips and other components of heat dissipation coating, mechanically sanding and filtering to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat-dissipating paint (claimed) for surface of object that needs to dissipate heat or accelerate heat transfer. ADVANTAGE - The paint automatically radiates heat to the atmospheric space or the inner space of the object with an emissivity of greater than 0.9 epsilon, speeds up heat exchange and reduces the surface and internal temperature of the object, and reduces the temperature by 48degrees Celsius compared to the temperature of 100degrees Celsius of iron plate heat source and the working temperature of the 9W power LED lamp. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a graphene heat-dissipation coating prepared by the above preparation method; and (2) a coating method of graphene heat-dissipating paint, involving subjecting the metal substrate to pre-treatment for degreasing and rust removal, diluting the heat-dissipation paint with deionized water, using air spraying in the construction method under a spraying pressure of 0.3-0.5 MPa, construction environment temperature of 15-35degrees Celsius, and relative humidity of 45-75 %RH, subjecting coated substrate to 80degrees Celsius oven for rapid drying for 5 minutes, transferring to a 150degrees Celsius oven for 30 minutes to finalize the paint with a coating thickness of 0.5 mm, where the dilution ratio of the heat-dissipating paint and deionized water is 1:(0.25-0.35), and the construction viscosity of the heat-dissipating paint after dilution is 20-45 seconds/15-35degrees Celsius.
