▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Making (M1) a graphene sheet-carbon nanotube film composite structure involves: providing a carbon nanotube film structure and a dispersed solution, where the dispersed solution comprises a solvent and at least one functionalized graphene sheet dispersed in the solvent; applying the dispersed solution on a surface of the carbon nanotube film structure; and removing the solvent, thus locating the functionalized graphene sheet on the carbon nanotube film structure. USE - In making graphene sheet-carbon nanotube film composite structures used for making sample-support for transmission electron microscope (claimed); for making a transmission electron microscope grid. ADVANTAGE - The method provides carbon nanotube film composite structure, and transmission electron microscope (TEM) grid with relatively high loading efficiency, that allows observing an entire population of specimens distributed in a plane, that enables high resolution transmission electron microscopy images to be captured. The carbon nanotube film and the carbon nanotube film structure are free-standing, and can be easily laid and stacked. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) making (M2) a sample-support for transmission electron microscope involving: supplying an apparatus; and placing the apparatus on a support, where the support defines at least one through hole, a portion of the apparatus being suspended above the through hole, where the step of supplying the apparatus involves providing the carbon nanotube film structure and the dispersed solution; applying the dispersed solution on a surface of the carbon nanotube film structure; and removing the solvent and thus locating the functionalized graphene sheet on the carbon nanotube film structure; and (2) making (M3) more than one sample-support for transmission electron microscope involving: supplying an apparatus; and arranging several supports spaced from each other on a substrate; covering the supports with the apparatus; and cutting the apparatus corresponding to the supports, and thus forming several apparatus.
