▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of high heat conducting copper base graphene composite material comprises preparing electro-deposition solution of copper-graphite composite material by using electro-deposition solution containing thiourea and boric acid as additive, carrying out activation anode with cathode polar plate, washing, removing oil and rust, removing oxide film surface, activating liquid component with 50 mL sulfuric acid and 350 ml de-ionized water, and subjecting electro-deposition solution into electric deposition surface. USE - Method for preparing high heat conducting copper base graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method can obtain product with 390-1112 W/m-k thermal conductivity and 300-450 MPa tensile strength.
