NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material involves subjecting graphene to metal plating treatment, and the graphene and the metal powder after the metal plating treatment are ball-milled, and a surfactant is added during the ball milling process to obtain a uniformly mixed mixture. The mixture is add to the aluminum or aluminum alloy melt under the action of airflow and ultrasonic, controlling the flow rate of the mixture and the temperature of the melt, and cooling and solidifying to obtain a graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite material. USE - Method for preparing a graphene reinforced aluminum matrix. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a graphene reinforced aluminum matrix, which has semi-solid microstructure characteristics, excellent performance of the material, and improves by 30-70% basal body.
