NOVELTY - Oxidation-resistant and wear-resistant graphene engine oil comprises 100-200 pts. wt. base oil, 10-25 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. detergent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, 2-5 pts. wt. oil agent, 5-10 pts. wt. viscosity index improver, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-rust agent and 1-3 pts. wt. anti-bubble agent. USE - Used as oxidation-resistant and wear-resistant graphene engine oil. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the engine oil, comprising (i) base oil treatment, (ii) graphene preparation, (iii) anti-wear agent preparation, (iv) oil preparation and (v) oil detection. The step (i) comprises sieving the base oil by using a polymer filter membrane to remove impurities in the base oil. The step (ii) comprises crushing the graphite block by a crusher to obtain graphite particles, and grinding the graphite particles by a grinder to obtain graphite powder, and sieving the graphite powder through a multi-stage sieving screen to obtain graphite powder with uniform particle size, stirring and mixing the obtained graphite powder with water at a ratio of 1 mg/ml, shaking the solution with ultrasonic waves until the solution is clear and free of particulate matter, adding hydrazine, and refluxing at 100degreesC for 24 hours to obtain black granular precipitate, and filtering and drying to obtain graphene. The step (iii) comprises subjecting the graphene to oxidation treatment to obtain graphene oxide, and dissolving the graphene oxide in toluene, carrying out an ultrasonic dispersion to form a graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving sodium trinitride and cyanuric acid chloride in toluene to form a reaction solution, and adding the reaction solution to the graphene oxide dispersion, carrying out secondary ultrasonic dispersion to form a mixed solution, adding the mixed solution into a reaction kettle to carry out solvent thermal reaction, and finally performing centrifugation and washing treatment to obtain an antiwear agent. The step (iv) comprises taking base oil, graphene, detergent, dispersant, anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion agent, anti-wear agent, oily agent, viscosity index improver, anti-rust agent and anti-bubble agent and mixing to obtain graphene oil. The step (v) comprises performing quality inspection on the prepared graphene oil. In the step (iii), the first ultrasonic dispersion conditions are, ultrasonic power 150-200 w, ultrasonic time 30-60 minutes. The secondary ultrasonic dispersion conditions are: ultrasonic power 150-200 w, and ultrasonic time 5-10 minutes. In the step (iv), the mixing preparation of the engine oil is: firstly, the base oil is gradually flowed into the mixing tank through the funnel, and then a plurality of graphenes, detergents, dispersants, anti-oxidants, anti-corrosion agents, anti-corrosion agents are mixed, grinding agent, oily agent, viscosity index improver, rust inhibitor and anti-foaming agent are added to the mixing tank at the same time through multiple auxiliary funnels, avoiding one-time introduction and mixing, and improving the mixing effect with base oil.
