NOVELTY - Heavy anti-corrosion coating comprises 10-20 pts. wt. fly ash, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene, 35-45 pts. wt. aqueous silicate, 15-25 pts. wt. clean water, 5-15 pts. wt. glass powder and 5-15 pts. wt. ceramic powder. USE - Used as heavy anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has heavy anti-corrosion effect for up to 30 years, strong adhesion to the substrate, and atmospheric moisture resistance to acid rain, seawater and salt spray corrosion, and high stability to petroleum and petrochemical products and organic solvents; does not contain toxic substances; saves energy; and is environmentally-friendly and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating comprising (i) adding aqueous silicate and clean water into a mixing container and mechanically stirring for 10 minutes at 200 revolutions/minute to obtain component A glue composition; (ii) adding fly ash, ceramic powder, graphene, glass powder and clean water into another mixing vessel and stirring for 10 minutes until uniformly mixed, to obtain group B powder liquid composition; and (iii) adding group B powder liquid composition into component A glue composition, uniformly mixing, grinding the mixture in a horizontal sander, detecting the fineness of the mixture of 30 mu m, filtering and filling the qualified product.
