▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graft-doped graphene-polyethylene glycol-based conversion membrane electrolyte comprises (i) dissolving mixture of polyethylene glycol-based polymer and pore-forming agent, cyclodextrin group molecules and end-capped polymer in liquid solvents; (ii) mixing, stirring for 12-14 hours, adding graft-doped graphene additive, and stirring for 5-48 hours; (iii) casting on a glass plate to form a film, ultrasonically treating at 40-70°C for 1-24 hours to form a conversion film, ultrasonically treating to dissolve pore-forming agent in conversion film; (iv) vacuum drying at 70-125°C; and (v) vacuuming dry porous conversion membrane in a vacuum drying oven, spraying into electrolyte solution, cooling, where the doping ion of the graft-doped graphene additive is nitrogen, titanium, chromium, iron, cobalt, nickel or copper, and the grafting group is methyl group, ethyl group, propyl group, fluoroalkane group, aldehyde group, ketone group or carboxy group. USE - The method is useful for preparing graft-doped graphene-polyethylene glycol-based conversion membrane electrolyte. ADVANTAGE - The electrolyte can obviously improve the liquid absorption and liquid retention capacity, high temperature resistance, ion conductivity, surface impedance and battery compatibility.
