▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming an electrode material on a substrate i.e. flexible substrate, by spraying an ink containing graphene on the substrate. The ink is sprayed at an angle between two directions. A portion of the electrode material is removed by gravity during a spray application process. The substrate is tilted such that a direction in which the ink is injected and an in-plane direction of the substrate are perpendicular to each other. An amount of the removed electrode material during the spray application is controlled by controlling a separation distance between the substrate and a spray nozzle. USE - Electrode fabrication method for micro-supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method improves porosity and pore size, capacity, cycle characteristics and mechanical stability of micro-supercapacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a micro supercapacitor.
