NOVELTY - A functional group is adhered on a nitrogen-doped graphene surface of glass plate. An electrode is formed on glass plate. A conducting polymer thin film is formed on metal medium by polymerizing conducting polymer monomer. A cation oxidizing agent thin film is deposited on nitrogen-doped graphene surface, to obtain aptasensor. USE - Manufacture of aptasensor used for cancer diagnosis. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of aptasensor having excellent conductivity and sensitivity.
