NOVELTY - A graphene oxide preparing involves using graphene oxide as a raw material, adding graphene oxide, auxiliary materials and solvent, according to the ratio of mass of 1:0-1:10-20 ml, after stirring in a solvent, the mixture is uniformly stirring and ultrasonically shaken and dispersing for 30-120 minutes to obtain a dispersion mixture of graphene oxide and an auxiliary material, the dispersion mixture of the graphene oxide and the auxiliary material is subjected to solid-liquid separation by a filter vacuum suction filter to separately collecting the separation liquid and the solid residue, uniformly spraying nano-zinc oxide or retinoic acid on the solid residue collected to obtain a solid residue loaded with the drug and carrying the solid residue of the drug at a temperature of 40-80 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide having dual action of bacteriostatic and anti-scarring for use in wound dressing, invasive plastic surgery, wound healing such as skin burns and contusions and anti-scarring formation. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene oxide with large specific surface area, excellent absorbability, better strength and flexibility and easy operation, in simple, cost effective, non- toxic and sterile, bacteriostatic and anti-cicatricial formation and environmental friendly manner.
