NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat-conducting gasket comprises punching the surface of the graphene oxide film to form multiple through holes which are arranged between the layer of graphene oxide and the capillary holes, where the graphene dioxide film layer is in the thickness direction of the thickness of the sheet, the surface porous graphene micro-nano-cavity superconducting film after chemical reduction or high-temperature reduction treatment, discharging air in the graphene micro nano cavity supercondensing film, and the air is dipped in the cementing compound after exhausting air, stacking the two pieces of graphene microporous superconductivity film after soaking treatment, performing hot-pressing treatment, and obtaining the heat conductivity gasket along the stacking direction.
