NOVELTY - A waterproof weather-resistant alkyd resin coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 30-80 pts. wt. silicone-modified alkyd resin, 5-12 pts. wt. spherical silica fine powder, 5-12 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 1-4 pts. wt. mica powder, 4-10 pts. wt. graphene nanosheets, 0.1-0.8 pt. wt. hexamethyldisiloxane, 0.2-1 pt. wt. hexamethyldisilazane, 1-2 pts. wt. isophorone diamine, 1-2 pts. wt. diaminocyclohexane, tetraethylene pentamine, 2-phenylimidazole, 2-ethylhexyl polyacrylate, acrylate, triethanolamine stearate, microcrystalline paraffin and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. USE - Waterproof weather-resistant alkyd resin coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The alkyd resin coating has increased hardness, enhanced toughness, excellent thermal stability and improved smoothness.
