NOVELTY - Plastic masterbatch comprises polymer matrix, graphene, filling agent, coating agent, dispersant, antioxidant, crosslinking agent and auxiliary crosslinking agent. USE - Used as the plastic masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch: has high thermal conductivity, high oxygen resistance, easy welding and has uniform dispersion of grapheme; can be quickly transferred to the outside world; avoids waste of energy; and is beneficial to the popularization and application of the capillary network air conditioning system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the plastic masterbatch comprising (a) mixing graphene, filling agent, coating agent, dispersing agent, antioxidant, crosslinking agent, and auxiliary cross-linking agent to obtain mixed filling agent, (b) melt blending the mixed filling agent with polymer matrix to obtain an initial graphene-modified plastic agglomerate or masterbatch, and (c) again melting and blending the initial graphene-modified plastic agglomerates or masterbatch, extruding, and pelletizing; (2) capillary network prepared by using plastic masterbatch; and (3) capillary network air conditioning system comprising capillary network.
