NOVELTY - High-temperature aluminum alloy comprises aluminum alloy tube base and corrosion-resistant coating. The aluminum alloy tube matrix includes silicon (Si), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), magnesium (Mg), boron (B), bismuth (Bi), titanium (Ti), scandium (Sc), nickel (Ni), zirconium (Zr), niobium (Nb), molybdenum (Mo) and aluminum (Al). The corrosion-resistant coating includes color paste, methyltrimethoxysiloxane and formic acid. The color paste includes silica sol, modified graphene, aluminum oxide, dispersant and deionized water. The modified graphene is prepared by adding graphene oxide to tetrahydrofuran (THF), and after ultrasonic dispersion for 15-20 minutes, then adding dicarboxy-terminated polysilsesquioxane and aminopropyltriethoxysilane, heating to 50-60 degrees Celsius, stirring and reacting for 6 hours, stopping reaction, cooling and rotary evaporation, washing with ethanol, and drying to obtain modified graphene. USE - High-temperature aluminum alloy for floor heating pipe.
