▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high thermal conductivity thermoplastic material is prepared by using nylon 6, graphene micro-sheets, alumina, boron nitride, and dispersant. USE - High thermal conductivity thermoplastic material. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic material uses graphene micro-sheets, alumina and boron nitride as mixed heat-conducting agents in nylon 6 which forms strong heat-conducting network and exerts synergistic heat-conducting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high thermal conductivity thermoplastic material, which involves drying nylon 6, graphene micro-sheets, alumina, boron nitride and dispersing agent at 80-100 degrees C, preferably 90 degrees C for 8-16 hours, preferably 12 hours, mixing to obtain raw material mixture, feeding the raw material mixture into twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion, and granulating.
