▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Copper-based composite material comprises 0.8-1.2 wt.% surface modified alumina whisker, 0.4-0.6 wt.% surface modified graphene, 0.5-5 wt.% chromium powder, and copper powder (balancing amount). The surface modified alumina whisker is an alumina whisker treated with sodium dodecyl sulfate. The surface modified graphene is rutin-treated graphene. USE - Used as copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has large interface bonding force between the reinforcement and the copper matrix and high density; and improves mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) uniformly mixing surface modified alumina whisker, surface-modified graphene, chromium powder, and copper powder by wet ball milling, and drying to obtain a mixed powder; (ii) press-molding the mixed powder obtained in the step (i) in a mold to obtain a blank; and (iii) carrying out vacuum hot-pressed sintering of the mold containing the blank obtained in the step (ii), cooling, demolding and sampling.
