▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing porous graphene, comprises: (a) mixing intercalated graphite with a polar solvent to ensure that the polar solvent is completely absorbed by the intercalated graphite; and (b) processing the intercalated graphite absorbed with the polar solvent by microwave radiation treatment to ensure that the intercalated graphite is completely dissociated to form graphene and multiple holes are formed on graphene surface to obtain perforated thin-layer graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing porous graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts the intercalated graphite, which is used for preparing other two-dimensional materials comprising porous-boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, molybdenum diselenide, molybdenum telluride, tantalum selenide, niobium selenide, nickel telluride or bismuth telluride (Bi2Te) material (claimed); is simple, economical and convenient to implement and suitable for large scale preparation of graphene thin perforated powder; where the prepared thin-layer graphene with a porous structure has high specific surface area, permeability to solvent.
