NOVELTY - High-toughness polypropylene decorative film comprises a polypropylene base film layer, a printing layer, a surface wear-resistant layer and a back adhesive film layer, where the polypropylene base film layer comprising 80-95 pts. wt. isotactic polypropylene resin, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 1-15 pts. wt. masterbatch, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. rare earth β-nucleating agent, 1-3 pts. wt. elastomer POE (polyolefin), and 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - High-toughness polypropylene decorative film used for metal plate surface decorative surface (claimed) and to medium fiber plate, shaving board, plywood, stone plastic plate, metal plate and calcium silicate plate. ADVANTAGE - The high-toughness polypropylene decorative film has high impact strength, good tensile property, good low temperature toughness, bending without stress whitening, and no silver grain. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-toughness polypropylene decorative film, which involves: a. putting raw material of polypropylene base film layer into the base film machine, heating, mixing and melting, extruding sheet-like base film, corona simultaneously, increasing surface roughness and surface area to obtain polypropylene base film; b. pouring the ink formed from the raw materials of the printing layer into the ink tank of the printing machine, adjusting the temperature of the oven to 50-70℃, rolling up the polypropylene base film, adjusting the printing speed, and start printing on the polypropylene base film, printing on the front side of the base film to form a printing film; c. pouring the coating formed by the raw materials of the surface wear-resistant layer into the coating tank of the coating machine, adjusting the temperature of the coating machine to 60-120℃, adjusting the coating speed after rolling up the printed film, start coating on the front side of the printing film to form a surface wear-resistant film; and d. pouring the back glue formed by the raw materials of the back glue layer into the glue tank of the coater, adjusting the temperature of the coater to 120-130℃, and rolling up the polypropylene base film with a wear-resistant film, adjusting the coating speed, the back of the polypropylene base film faces up, and starting to coat the back glue to obtain a product.
