NOVELTY - The graphene nanosilver optical catalyst substrate fabricated by depositing graphene solution on a substrate comprising glass or plastic, coating the surface with nanosilver photocatalyst solution by chemical deposition and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition and evaporating the nanosilver photocatalyst solution at high temperature flow, is claimed. USE - The graphene nanosilver optical catalyst substrate is useful in a touch screen, a solar cell and an organic LED. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanosilver optical catalyst substrate exhibits improved thermal conductivity and heat emission, and improves energy efficiency of the touch screen, the solar cell and the LED.
