▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A water-based anticorrosive coating comprises 35-60 pts. wt. fluorine-containing modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 5-15 pts. wt. sodium silsesquioxane, 0.2-2 pts. wt. sulfur-modified graphene, 2-20 pts. wt. filler, 0.2-2 pts. wt. zirconium aluminate coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.1-1 pt. wt. anti-corrosion mold agents, 0.2-2 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agents, 0.1-5 pts. wt. additives and 5-100 pts. wt. water. USE - Water-based anticorrosive coating (claimed) for metal component. ADVANTAGE - The water-based anticorrosive coating has excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, temperature resistance, light fastness, water repellency, strong lethality, strong adhesion of the coating to the substrate, storage stability , infrared light blocking property, heat insulation performance, thermal stability, and durability, and reduced corrosion rate of metal component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the water-based anticorrosive coating, which involves preparing fluorine-containing modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion, preparing sodium silsesquioxane, preparing sulfur-modified graphene, dispersing the filler, sodium silsesquioxane, zirconium-aluminate coupling agent and water uniformly to obtain a pigment and filler slurry, adding the pigment slurry, sulfur-modified graphene, preservative, anti-flash rust agent and auxiliary agent to the fluorine-containing modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion, dispersing the filtrate through a 160-mesh screen, and dispersing for 10-15 minutes under the same conditions.
