NOVELTY - High-strength high-damping cement matrix comprises 10000-12000 pts. wt. ordinary portland cement, 2-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 290-700 pts. wt. modified silicon powder and 800-1200 pts. wt. polymer emulsion. The water-to-binder ratio is 0.3-0.4. The water-to-binder ratio is weight ratio of water to gelling material, where cementing material includes sum of ordinary portland cement, graphene oxide, modified silicon powder and carboxystyrene-butadiene emulsion. USE - High-strength high-damping cement matrix. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved loss factor and compressive strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of High-strength high-damping cement matrix comprising adding 1.45-7 pts. wt. silane coupling agent into water, stirring, pouring into conical flask, placing in water bath pot for heating, adding high purity active silicon powder with 85-95% at 75-85 degrees C, stirring at speed of 800 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 1-1.5 hours, drying at 105 degrees C for 24 hours, taking out, sieving modified silicon powder after crushing, adding graphene oxide powder is added to aqueous solution for chemical dispersion and physical dispersion to obtain uniform suspension of graphene oxide powder, mixing modified silicon powder, graphene oxide and ordinary portland cement, mixing modified silicon powder and graphene oxide suspension, adding to stirring pot, adding cement to mixed solution to make cement slurry, adding 800-1200 pts. wt. carboxybutyl styrene emulsion, adding polymer emulsion to cement slurry to get mixed cement slurry, stirring for 5-10 minutes, pouring in layers in 20 mm by 20 mm by 20 mm mold and curing for 28 days.
