▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electromagnetic wave absorbent, which is graphene loaded cobalt-based compound. The cobalt-based compound is the mixture of tricobalt tetroxide and cobalt hydroxy chloride. USE - Used as electromagnetic wave absorbent. ADVANTAGE - The wave absorbent: has high wave absorbing efficiency in X wave band; adopts coating film effectively absorbs up to-10dB in the electromagnetic wave X-wave band in the range of 3 mm and the coating adhesive force is 0 level and doesnot the coating solidified in the environment of - 40℃ to keep good flowing state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing electromagnetic wave absorbent comprising (a) mixing the solvent with water uniformly at the temperature of 50-60℃, adding polyol, uniformly mixing, adding pH regulator to make the pH of the solution to reach 7.5-8.5 to obtain the mixed solution, (b) adding the graphene into the mixed solution, ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes, stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding cobalt, stirring under the condition of the temperature at 50-60℃ for 100-120 minutes to obtain precursor liquid, (c) transferring the precursor liquid into a high pressure reaction kettle, raising the temperature to 180-220℃ at the heating speed of 4-5℃/minutes, keeping for 8-15 hours and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the product mixed solution, (d) pouring the supernatant fluid in the product mixed solution, using absolute ethyl alcohol to wash, centrifuging and separating out solid phase substance and vacuum drying to obtain the electromagnetic wave absorbent; and preparing wave-absorbing coating by using the electromagnetic wave absorbent comprising (1) preparing epoxy high-strength resin, (2) weighing epoxy high-strength resin, anti-hanging resin, flatting, agent, agent promoter, dispersing agent, solvent I and electromagnetic wave absorbent and adding into the sand mill, adding quartz sand and dispersing for 3-5 hours at stirring speed of 1000-3000 revolutions/minutes, taking out and filtering to remove the quartz sand to obtain the special liquid absorbing medium material, (3) adding solvent II into the high density black body fluid intermediate, adding curing agent, placing on the oscillating mixer, shaking and mixing for 6-8 hours at room temperature to obtain special liquid absorbing medium material and (4) adding the working substance material into the vacuum distillation system for distillation, removing solvent with low boiling point and distilling until the viscosity is 500-1000 mPa.s to obtain the wave-absorbing coating.
