NOVELTY - The layer has a copper plate whose first surface is arranged on a first graphene film through conductive cementing compound. A second Graphene film is arranged on a second surface of the copper plate through the conductive cementing compound, where first surface is opposite to the second surface, where thickness ratio of the first Graphene film and the Copper plate is about 0.1-100, and thickness ratio of the second Graphene film and the Copper plate is about 0.1-100. USE - Copper-graphite alkene compound conductor layer for use in a copper-graphite alkene low inductance composite bus bar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The layer effectively reduces inductance composite temperature rise of a bus bar, low-inductance composite parasitic inductance of the bus bar and improves switching frequency of an IGBT and low-inductance composite light weight degree of the bus-bar. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a copper-graphite alkene compound conductor layer (2) a copper-graphite alkene low inductance composite bus bar.
