NOVELTY - The tribological power generator (10) comprises a flexible electrode unit (100) including a first dielectric layer (110) and second dielectric layer (120). A metal layer (130) is provided between the first and second dielectric layer. A fixed electrode unit (200) includes a first electrode (210) and a second electrode (220) spaced apart from both sides of the flexible electrode unit connected to each other. The triboelectric charging is generated by contact and non-contact. The electric charge is generated by the triboelectric charging through the metal layer. The metal layer includes aluminum, copper, graphene, carbon nanotube and a conductive composite. The first dielectric layer or the second dielectric layer includes polytetrafluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polydimethylsiloxane, fluorinated ethylene propylene, fluorinated ethylene propylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, ecoflex, or a tribological power generation device. USE - Tribological power generator for harvesting triboelectric electricity. ADVANTAGE - The reaction efficiency between the moving charges and the metal layer can be increased. The frequency of friction can be increased by forming the fixed electrode portions in contact with the flexible electrode portion on both sides of the flexible electrode portion for increasing the density of produced power.
