NOVELTY - Preparing ferric oxide/graphene composite material, comprises (i) preparing the graphene oxide by improved Hummers method, (ii) adding the graphene oxide into the deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, adding ferric nitrate nonahydrate, dropping hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution, dropping hydrochloric acid (HCl) solution to adjust the pH value to 1-2, stirring for 20 minutes, uniformly mixing, transferring into the reaction kettle, performing hydro-thermal reaction at 180℃ for 10 hours, and (iii) centrifuging the mixed liquid after reaction, washing the substrate with deionized water and ethanol for three times, and vacuum drying at 60℃ for 12 hours. USE - Preparing ferric oxide/graphene composite material useful in super capacitor (claimed), and used as electrode material for electrochemical sensing, electrochemical catalysis and energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare iron oxide/graphene composite material, which has high specific surface area, and excellent multiplying power performance and cycle stability, and high specific capacitance retention rate after circulation is 500th, and has excellent integral dispersibility, small size, uniform granularity, large area of three-dimensional iron ion diffusion channel and whole conductive network structure, and improved electrochemical performance of super capacitor.
