NOVELTY - Preparing mesoporous poly(styrene-comethacrylic acid) spherical granule comprises: mixing a methacrylic acid and an initiator with styrene, and performing an emulsion polymerization of the mixture to prepare a mesoporous poly(styrene-comethacrylic acid) spherical granule that is functionalized to a carboxyl group; mixing a sulfuric acid with the obtained spherical particle; heat-treating the graphene spherical particle with an iron precursor at 700-1200 degrees C under the hydrogen gas; and adding the methacrylic acid and the initiator to remove iron from the spherical particle. USE - The method is useful for preparing mesoporous poly(styrene-comethacrylic acid) spherical granule for a multi layer porosity graphene that is used in a super capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The spherical granule is prepared in an economical manner with high specific surface area and electric conductance.
