▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene fiber involves dissolving 1 pt. wt. graphene oxide and 20-80 pts. wt. solvent in a polar solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain 1-30 mg/mL graphene oxide liquid crystal solution, adhering graphene oxide liquid crystal solution to the graphene oxide solution on the surface of the lead wire, carrying out coagulating bath solidification through poor solvent through rectangular spinning die head at 1-80 mL/h to collect continuous graphene oxide fibers, reducing graphene oxide fibers using a reducing agent, washing, drying to obtain primary graphene fibers, twisting primary graphene fiber to obtain flexible graphene fiber, and placing flexible graphene fiber in a dopant vapor for 1-20 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene fiber for forming high temperature wire material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene fiber has excellent flexibility, mechanical strength, conductivity, and an elongation at break of 20-50%.
