▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-containing heat-conducting gel comprises composite heat-conducting filler and silicone oil substrate at weight ratio of (35-85): 100. The composite heat-conducting filler comprises graphene and conventional heat-conducting filler. The graphene and conventional heat-conducting filler are uniformly dispersed in silicone oil substrate. The heat-conducting gel contains 0.5-20 wt.% graphene. USE - Graphene-containing heat-conducting gel used for heat-radiating structure of electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The gel has thermal conductivity reaching to 8 W/m-K, and can be industrially produced in large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing heat-conducting gel comprising mixing graphene and conventional heat-conducting filler, mixing filler, adding silicone oil, ball-milling, mechanically grinding or mechanical mixing, and fully mixing.
