NOVELTY - Antibacterial textile fabric comprises 35 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 21 pts. wt. chitosan, 30 pts. wt. distilled water, 17 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 8 pts. wt. far-infrared ceramic powder, 7 pts. wt. honeysuckle, 3 pts. wt. garlic essential oil, 10 pts. wt. deionized water, 5 pts. wt. single-layer graphene and 6 pts. wt. polymer elastomer. USE - Antibacterial textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial textile fabric has sterilization function, and improves preventing warm-keeping effect of the fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an antibacterial textile fabric, which involves: (A) adding chitosan, honeysuckle and garlic essential oil to distilled water, stirring, adding monolayer graphene, bamboo fiber and polyvinyl alcohol as raw materials to make monolayer graphene, stirring for 24 hours, placing in a twin-screw extruder for 10 minutes and melt-spinning at 200 degrees C to obtain textile fibers; (B) plasticizing extile fiber, stretching, cutting, and spunning to obtain the first textile fabric; and (C) preparing modified coating powder with far-infrared ceramic powder and polymer elastomer as raw materials, applying anhydrous adhesive uniformly on both surfaces of the primary textile fabric obtained, applying the modified coating powder in one direction, smearing on both surfaces of the secondary textile fabric, and drying secondary textile fabric by a drying device to obtain the antibacterial textile fabric.
