NOVELTY - Electromagnetic wave absorption and heat conduction composite material comprises 10-20 wt.% electromagnetic wave absorbent, 3.5-8.5 wt.% ceramic powder, 3-6 wt.% graphene, 5-8 wt.% paraffin wax , 43-69 wt.% thermal conductive filler, 6-8 wt.% epoxy resin, 0.5-1.5 wt.% cross-linking agent, 0.8-1.5 wt.% flame retardant, 2.2-3.5 wt.% organic solvent dispersion. USE - Electromagnetic wave absorption and heat conduction composite material. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic wave absorption and heat conduction composite material is good in heat resistance and thermal conductivity, and has a wide range of wave absorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing electromagnetic wave absorption and heat conduction composite material, which involves: (A) placing 10-20 wt.% electromagnetic wave absorbent, 3.5-8.5 wt.% ceramic powder, 3-6 wt.% graphene, 43-69 wt.% thermal conductive filler, 0.5-1.5 wt.% cross-linking agent, 0.8-1.5 wt.% flame retardant, and 2.2-3.5 wt.% organic solvent dispersion in a stirred tank; (B) stirring for 45-60 minutes at a speed of 500-800 r/min under a vacuum of -0.1MPa; (C) putting obtained mixture into a calcining device, and vacuum pre-firing at 60 to 90 degrees C for 2 to 3 hours; (D) adding 5-8 wt.% paraffin wax and 6-8 wt.% epoxy resin to the calcined mixture, and stirring at a speed of 150-300 r/min for 25-30 minutes; (E) extruding and granulating mixture in a twin-screw extruder, where processing conditions of the twin-screw extruder are the first region is 150 degrees C, and the second region is 190 degrees C, third region is 250-280 degrees C, the fourth region is 210 degrees C, the fifth region is 200 degrees C, the extrusion temperature is 180 degrees C, and the extrusion speed is 260-320r / min; and (F) immersing molding material in a polyurethane binder solution, and the composite material is obtained by air-drying and curing.
