NOVELTY - The device has a vulcanization box (1) whose outer end is rotatably connected with a rotating door plate. An upper end of the rotating door plate is fixedly connected with a filling pipeline (4). An upper end of a storage box (3) is matched with the filling pipeline. A sealing plug (5) is connected with an upper end of the filling pipeline through a screw thread. A barrier frame (11) is provided with a temperature control device. The storage box is filled with sulfur (12). An outer end of the vulcanizing box is provided with a temperature sensing device. A heat conducting wire is made of graphene materials. USE - Material vulcanizing device. ADVANTAGE - The device is convenient to control the dosage of sulfur, improves vulcanizing efficiency of the material, and gradually increases the temperature in the process of deformation rod generating deformation to prompt the indicating plate, provides convenience for a working staff to control the temperature, thus ensuring the uniform degree of vulcanization.
