▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyacrylic acid-based graphene core-shell structure composite fiber comprises (i) taking the graphene finishing agent according to 5-10% of the mass percentage of the synthetic fiber to be treated, adidng it into a mixer, and adding specific amount of water to form a graphene finishing agent solution; (ii) adding the graphene finishing agent solution prepared in step (i) into the vacuum processing equipment, adding the synthetic fibers to be finished and roll dipping for 40-80 minutes at 50-80 degrees C for vacuum wet finishing; and (iii) drying the synthetic fiber after step (ii) vacuum wet finishing in a vacuum dryer at 80-90 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and heating to 150-180 degrees C for 0.5-3 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyacrylic acid-based graphene core-shell structure composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method: can solve problem of low spinning and weak antibacterial and antistatic properties.
