▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Self-detecting and self-repairing intelligent coating containing microcapsules comprises microcapsules loaded with self-detecting and self-repairing functional molecule, chromogenic initiator, film-forming substrate and additives. The microcapsule comprises shell material covering repairing agent and color developing agent. The shell material comprises poly-L-lactic acid, polyurethane, polyacrylonitrile, polymethyl methacrylate and/or polyurea-formaldehyde resin. The repairing agent comprises epoxy bisphenol A monomer, linseed oil and/or tung oil. The color developing agent comprises crystal violet lactone, phenolsulfonphthalein or phenol. USE - The coating is used as a corrosion protection coating on the surface of metal materials including bridges, buildings and automobiles. ADVANTAGE - The coating: discretely distributes in the coating with polymer resin as the matrix; spontaneously detects defects and micro-defects in the coating; prompts the appearance of defects in a color-developing manner; and spontaneously repairs defects or micro defects in the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the self-detecting and self-repairing intelligent coating containing microcapsules, comprising (i) dissolving the shell material, repairing agent and color developing agent in a hydrophobic organic solvent to obtain a first mixed solution, (ii) adding the aqueous solution of surfactant to the first mixed liquid according to proportion, and shearing into a uniform emulsion at high speed, (iii) introducing the emulsified liquid in an oil bath pot for heating and stirring to obtain an aqueous solution of microcapsules, centrifuging and cleaning the microcapsule aqueous solution to obtain the microcapsule, and dispersing the microcapsules in deionized water to obtain a microcapsule suspension, (iv) mixing the microcapsule suspension with a chromogenic initiator, a film-forming substrate, and additives to obtain a self-detecting and self-repairing intelligent coating, and (v) coating the self-detecting and self-repairing intelligent coating on the surface of the metal substrate and drying to form a film to obtain a coating.
