▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of super-elastic intelligent packaging buffer material with pressure monitoring function involves cross-linking two-dimensional material with rich functional group on surface or one-dimensional material capably of forming sheet by cross-linking agent, using directional freeze-drying method to prepare oriented porous aerogel, and improving cross-linking degree by heating at high temperature. USE - Preparation of super-elastic intelligent packaging buffer material with pressure monitoring function used for shock absorption, cushioning and protection of valuable or fragile materials in transportation process, and impact and pressure monitoring in transportation process (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The intelligent packaging buffer material has excellent mechanical performance and sensing performance with the fatigue test of more than 10000 times under compression strain greater than 50%, the height retention rate of greater than 50%, the energy loss coefficient of more than 50%, the pressure response range is greater than 20 kPa, and the sensitivity is greater than 1 kPa-1. The method is simple preparation process, cost-effective, and is suitable for industrial mass production.
