NOVELTY - The fiber has a graphene layer whose silicon carbide layer covering surface is placed in metal coating. Thickness of a silicon carbide layer is ranged with 100-1000nm. Metal coating components are selected from a group consisting of copper, nickel, cobalt, silver and iridium. USE - CVD graphene-silicon carbide carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer thickness of the silicon carbide layer can make graphene and carbon fiber substrate to form compact structure fiber. The fiber prevents damage of grapheme, and has high strength and conductivity, high toughness and high conductivity.
