NOVELTY - The structure (4) has a terminal set (421) configured in an insulating case, where the terminal set includes a set of grounding terminals (4212, 4222). A grounding component (43) is configured in the insulating casing, where the grounding component is provided with a component body (431) formed of a graphene material and a non-conductive material. The grounding terminals are connected in series by contacting the grounding components. The graphene material forms a graphene layer configured on a surface of the component body by coating. The component body is formed by injection molding. A bulge portion is contacted with the graphene layer to connect the terminals. USE - Connector structure for connecting components and accessories for electrical signals. Uses include but are not limited to cars, computer peripheral and communicating data applications, industries, military and aerospace industry, transportation, consumer electronics, medical treatments, instruments, and commercial equipment. ADVANTAGE - The connector structure reduces weight of a connector by the non-conductive component body so as to increase convenience and reduce product costs, maintains grounded shield effect of the grounding component since the graphene layer is configured on the surface and the protruding structures. The grounding component is formed of the graphene material and the nonconductive material, thus the manufacturing process is simplified and cost is reduced. The graphene layer is configured on a surface of the component body by coating so as to reduce weight and manufacturing cost of the ground component.
