▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method comprises using high-strength steel as the base plate and aluminum thin plate as composite plate, using graphene conductive glue as the middle layer between the two plates, turning on the welding power, pressing the copper electrode on the composite board and the substrate, melting the middle layer to obtain a molten pool, performing solidification, where the upper and lower plates reach atomic level bonding at the interface. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing aluminum-high-strength steel composite plate. ADVANTAGE - The method: is convenient and operable; adopts resistance welding; realizes the composite of aluminum and high-strength steel; avoids the hazards caused by explosive welding; and ensures the metallurgical combination of aluminum and high-strength steel.
