NOVELTY - Preparation of rapid-cooled graphene lubricant, involves (i) reacting hydrogen and lubricating oil with hydrotreating catalyst to obtain hydrogenated oil, (ii) mixing hydrogenated oil, concentrated sulfuric acid, ethylene glycol and glycerol, injecting the mixture into a single reactor, pressurizing, heat-preserving, and fractionating to obtain initial lubricant oil product, (iii) injecting initial lubricant oil product while adding graphene, triethylhexyl phosphate and oil-based non-silicon defoamer DF-520 into a high speed shearing machine, shearing, and (iv) dewaxing. USE - Preparation of rapid-cooled graphene lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The prepared rapid-cooled graphene lubricant has excellent lubricating effect, rapid cooling and easy heat dissipation properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of rapid-cooled graphene lubricant, involves (i) reacting hydrogen and lubricating oil with hydrotreating catalysts in a hydroprocessing reaction zone to obtain hydrogenated oil, (ii) mixing hydrogenated oil obtained in step (i), concentrated sulfuric acid, ethylene glycol and glycerol in a mass ratio of 13:1:3:2 to obtain a mixture, then injecting the mixture into a single reactor, pressurizing and heat-preserving at 450-500 degrees C under the pressure of 15 MPa for 3 hours, then fractionating the mixture into initial lubricant oil product, (iii) injecting initial lubricant oil product obtained in step (ii) while adding graphene, triethylhexyl phosphate and oil-based non-silicon defoamer DF-520 in a mass ratio of 55:3:1:1 into a high speed shearing machine, shearing at a speed of 3500 rpm at 80-85 degrees C for 30 minutes, (iv) dewaxing the lubricant mixture obtained in step (iii) to obtain finished lubricant.
