NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial wear-resistant, water washing-resistant nylon 6-oriented yarn comprises e.g. adding 2-20 g nano-silver-loaded isocyanated graphene oxide into 200-1000 ml N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonicating at room temperature for 30-90 minutes, reacting under argon atmosphere to obtain nano-silver-loaded isocyanated graphene oxide dispersion, adding 20-100 ml ethylenediamine solution into a nano-silver-supported isocyanate graphene oxide dispersion at a rate of 20-60 drops/minute, mechanically stirring reaction for 12-36 hours, centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying to obtain nano-silver-supported amino-grafted graphene oxide, mixing 5-25 pts. wt. nano silver-supported amino-grafted graphene oxide and 100 pts. wt. nylon 6 slices in a high-speed mixer at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to obtain a preliminary mixture of nano-silver-supported amino-grafted graphene oxide and nylon 6 slices, melting, mixing above preliminary mixture with a twin-screw extruder. USE - The nylon 6-oriented yarn is useful for manufacturing vest, pants, socks and other close-fitting clothes field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial wear-resistant, water washing-resistant nylon 6-oriented yarn comprises (i) adding 2-20 g nano-silver-loaded isocyanated graphene oxide into 200-1000 ml N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonicating at room temperature for 30-90 minutes, reacting at -5 degrees C to 5 degrees C under argon atmosphere to obtain nano-silver-loaded isocyanated graphene oxide dispersion, adding 20-100 ml ethylenediamine solution into a nano-silver-supported isocyanate graphene oxide dispersion at a rate of 20-60 drops/minute, mechanically stirring reaction for 12-36 hours, centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying to obtain nano-silver-supported amino-grafted graphene oxide, (ii) mixing 5-25 pts. wt. nano silver-supported amino-grafted graphene oxide and 100 pts. wt. nylon 6 slices in a high-speed mixer at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to obtain a preliminary mixture of nano-silver-supported amino-grafted graphene oxide and nylon 6 slices, melting, mixing above preliminary mixture with a twin-screw extruder, where melting temperature is 260-280 degrees C, screw speed is 60-90 revolutions per minute; spinning the above melt through a spinning assembly, where spinning speed is 3000-4000 m/minute; mixing obtained monofilaments and network processing to obtain nylon 6 pre-oriented yarn containing nano silver-loaded graphene oxide i.e. final product.
